Can someone fill me in about what has been happening? (apart the being let off part!) I heard about the allegations first came out in the news, but i haven't heard anything since.

How have people been viewing Kobe? Do most people think he was innocent or guilty? Sounds like he might have settled privately to me.

I think the whole thing was stupid. I hate hearing about celebrity trials, especially ones that (if they were your average-joe) you wouldn't hear anything about.

I think she was in it for the money in the first place. She hired a CIVIL lawyer a year ago!
