does anyone find it insane on how well theyve kept the identity of this girl from the public?

I cant imagine how there have been absolutely no leaks of any sort over the past year. It has been one of the biggest court cases of the year, maybe the decade, and yet we have nothing. There WAS one "leak" in the beginning, with a site with pics, etc, but it turned out to not really be her.

All I know is ive seen/heard absolutely nothing about who this woman is, or might be. With the way the media exploits crap in this country, its pretty impressive.

Wasn't there a thread on here about it. I think there was a website with her phone number, parents tax info, address, etc. Was that all fake? I swear I saw something like that.

Holy shit I NEVER noticed that. But does anybody have a theory over why they hide her Or if she even exist?

Its called a publicity stunt. I really doubt Kobe would jeopordize his basketball carrer and family life for a mere publicity stunt.

The girl was obviously just after Kobes money. The fact that she decided to drop the case makes her look even more guilty of that. Too bad we'll never know who she was.

Dude her name is Kate Faber. Spelling could be wrong but it's pernounced 'Fay-ber'. A certain radio talk show mentions her name at least twice a day.


And they are supposed to hide her identity because in the US, they are by law not supposed to identify 'rape' victims. Its a privacy issue.

i think now after the case have been dismissed she can be identified or not...i wanna c what she looks like and if she is worth the fuck..

Whoa, I never said the Kobe thing was attention whoring, but celebrities in general making up things to get their name back into the pop culture (i.e. Paris Hilton sex tape, Britney Spears' marriage, etc.)
