I dunno, they seem about the size of a dime, maybe a little thicker but a little less wide. And I doubt you could fit more than four or five hundred dimes in that space. On the other hand, having them spill out all over the sides like that makes it tougher to judge. Maybe there are more...

Using the average volume of a yogurt pearl, the typical geometry of pearls, the volume of the bowl, and the small percentage of pearls that escaped the bowl, my computer simulation tells me there are approximately 1736 yogurt pearls
