You need to have Flashplayer installed, and you need to send e-mails to five friends in order to get it.

i did do the five email thing and they said that u will be sent an email with instructions on how to download

Did you put your e-mail in where it says "Your E-Mail Address"? And if so, sometimes you have to wait a while for it to be sent. And if you have a spam filter, check to see if it was detected as spam.

Yeah I'm thinking this might be an unreleased track from the Out There and Back era. Very similar feel. I like, it is nice.

It's an unreleased track from 1998. There's nothing new about it like his website suggests.
