You could try CERN: 'The Message'. Absolutely amazing trance track with a very similar feel to 'Pulse'.
I think you may be able to get it at the hedonistic records website, not sure though, but its worth a try.

I agree, Nimbus was pretty good, but it isnt the same type of song as Pulse. Its more of a Hard Ambient track, lol if thats possible. I dont know, it probably isnt what the guy is looking for. Intrinsic was ok too, and I havent heard Rush.

That was the highest rating song available for download on this forum back in 2001 I think it was. I'm quite sure Lange - Drifting Away (Sunset Dub) came in at number 2.

I think it IS the highest rated song on the trance addict download section. Its awesome.
Its a huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuge pain to find on vinyl though. Even hedonistic records doesnt have most of his songs. He deserves a little more recognition though.
