Last night, Dave Dresden and Josh Gabriel started there CD Release tour in Minneapolis at Tabu nightclub. It was my first time at the club, it was alot smaller than the other club's where I have seen the likes of Tiesto, Armin, etc. This turned out to be a good thing! Dave came on first, spinning some awefully strange but wicked versions of Andain - Beautiful things and Armin feat Ray Wilson - Yet Another Day. He had the smallish crowd singing along to the vocals and clapping during the breakdowns. It was a great atmosphere. Josh was next and the only thing I really recognized by name was Above and Beyond - No One On Earth. I must have recognized it within 10 seconds of Josh mixing it in. What a killer tune to hear in the club. Both of them seemed to be very down to earth guys and were happy to sign autograph's and shook my hand after the set. Dave was intermingling with the crowd while watching Josh play the last hour and a half or so.

Thanks for a great show guys and continued success. Can't wait to get the Bloom album when it's available here.

I was also there for Gabriel & Dresden and that was a fun freakin' night! Moksha had a great set going on upstairs and they both spun some wicked breaks every once in awhile in their sets. The remix of Chable & Bonnici's "Ride" Dave spun was great and the bootleg of Cure's "Love Song" with the break in it was an awesome way to finish the night! Kudos to Gabriel for that! I agree with Master too. They were both down to earth guys and I talked with Dave a bit and got both of their autographs.

They're coming to Boston next week; I'm psyched about that. It'll be their first time here.

They will be here in Seattle tonight. I'm not going, because I have to move back up to WWU in the morning. Oh, well. I'm going to Freak Night. That's all that matters.
