That's not a problem, it's a "feature." Reason will cut volume on exports down by 6dB I think.

ya thats part of reasons programing why u have to learn how to master in reason for loud sounds

i try to turn the volumes up or up the slider abit but it just seems to clip how do ya avoid that its doing my head in

Add a compressor between the Mixer and Hardware Interface in Reason, and tweek it right, or normalize in a wave-editor (look out for peaks).
