And its this Sunday.. so close!! Basically its a 13 mile run/ 21km in Newcastle. Ive managed to raise £350 for the Bobby Moore Cancer Research Fund, a really good cause and have been in training to complete this course over the last 2 months.. gonna be glad when its over though! Anyone else running or done a run like this? Wish me luck and fingers crossed for Sunday!

if tv has taught me anything it's taught me that wearing not much running through the north east is a bad idea

i did a 12 mile hike this summer in about 6 hours in i could run for 5/6 miles myself if it wasnt for my bad knees, which would kick in around mile 3.

cheers.. think im gonna be in bed aching for a week after this. As for the London marathon, didnt want to go straight into that and this is the second best to do! aiming for 2hrs for this one.. but maybe thats too optimistic?
