Satan (eek!) [Energetic/Melody/Psy] Head Rush - FearCoaster

I wanted to do something that wasn't your typical trance nor your typical psy but as a combination of the 2 different styles... I wrote the main melody theme as an attempt to emulate some of the older string compositions that you would hear in 50's to 60's television b/c I'd thought that I could try something different from the normal uplifting/progressive stuff you hear.. My goal as a producer right now, is to innovate new and different types of styles and ideas to trance...

Anyways, here it is... Please drop a comment or some feedback (positive or constructive feedback welcome).

The bassline that comes in at about :26 feels like its rushing the beat somehow. Other than that, I was digging it. Once the main thrust kicks in, that rushed feeling stopped, came back for a bit at about the 3 minute mark, but all in all good stuff.

Fucking nice track! Not really my type but everything's fitting together... even the track name suits perfectly the tune!

And those FX's... They are on point!

Nothing to say about it right now... But I'm listening on low volume a bit.

Maybe I'll post more comments later.

Anyway, keep going at it!

thanks pimp_fu and trancefered for listening...

With the bassline, I was trying to do something not done too often (Tiesto - Suburban train also has the same bassline pattern)... I do think it does sound a bit rushed, but I think it adds excitement and anticipation in the track... I still wanted to keep most of the elements of trance in this track, but I just wanted to experiment with some styles a bit which may feel a bit different than what you hear.

I really appreciate the comments, and would really appreciate any other as well

thank you.

cool track man, it's pretty crazy
[5:11] is pretty scary in a good way - sounds ultra fat.
fx are great. overall mix could be a little fuller, but is mostly excellent.

Nicely done mate!
You know how much I like your melodies, and this one is absolutely crazy and amazing! Im really digging this tune and the whole kind of uplifting psy ganre.
All I can suggest is getting a harder kick and phatning the acidlines.

Keep it up!
