Radeon has a bad habit like that. Boot into safe mode if possible to fix. Can you do that? If it prompts you to install something, keep cancelling until you get into Windows to load the drivers and software off of your disk. What version Windows?

now when i get into windows safe mode it wont let me install any drivers.it says the device is not even there in safe mode...now when im in normal mode and i install the drivers after i reboot it freezes at the windows loading page..man im lost i cant find a way to beat the machine!

If you get in safe mode to Windows, then uninstall any video hardware you had previously. Reboot and see if it goes. Video cards with memory load at boot instead of windows. The worse that should happen is that windows will install a generic video driver. Since you see something on your screen, this is happening already. Insert the disk that came with the video card to find it in Windows or at least load the drivers.

when booting up, press F8 and select "enable vga mode". then install your drivers.
