Does anyone know any good programs that convert mp3 into real audio files for streaming???..

Maybe this will work???
What I would do is convert the mp3 to a wav, then open it up in Soundforge 4.5 and save it as RA or RAM or whatever. I'm not sure if this will work or not, but it is worth a try!

or you can just download the (free) RealProducer basic, and make .ra files out of your .wav files (you can use WinAmp diskwriter plugin to convert mp3 => wav).
