cant try this out as cant reboot my pc atm but:
right click on desktop, select new, goto the sub menu, select short cut, in the text box type in http://www.tranceaddict.com then click next then finsish
then move the short cut icon into the start up folder in the start menu
I think thats how to go about it, though since im unable to reboot my pc atm i cant tell ya for sure
