Thanks to everyone for the continued support you are giving SURFACE. Since July, we have been very proud to host these special nights of music at one of Atlanta’s premier nightspots, The Mark Ultra Lounge and with DJ ICEY, MICRO, CHARLES FEELGOOD, DOC MARTIN, DJ DAN, CHRISTOPHER LAWRENCE as well as all of the Atlanta’s BAD ASS local’s who have been involved, the future for SURFACE is only getting better and we are excited about what’s in store for you in the coming months.

With that being said, in addition to our commitment to you in bringing in some of the BEST Global talent on the circuit today we are reserving a night and collaborating on a second to pay tribute and say thanks to some of Atlanta’s BEST locals as well as those of you who support us.

The first night themed “Pavement” will focus on three of Atlanta’s locals who have been around, pushed a sound they love and assisted in paving the way for the development of our scene.

The BEST part of it all is that its not SURFACE developing this line-up. YOU ARE!! Simply, submit your list (all genres included) by attaching it in the upcoming thread which will be up later today or email it to us at… [email protected] We will compile the results on 10/29/04 and announce your line-up so that we can get the flyers done and out in time to promote this event. It will be a FREE night for SURFACE Members and $8.00 for non-surface members.

Should this night prove to be a success we will continue this series on a regular basis marking the progression of our scene. Keep in mind that we want you to want SURFACE here!! This is our scene! We can expand it and make tomorrow even better than today!
