Every year, young Canadians pack their bags to experience the world. With often limitless choices about where to study, travel and work overseas, you have some big decisions to make. The Go Abroad Fair gives Canadian students and youth interested in going abroad a chance to meet exhibitors from cultural and education organizations, study abroad programs, universities, colleges, institutes of technology, travel agencies, and work and volunteer abroad programs. It's the most comprehensive fair of its kind in Canada and admission is free!
The Go Abroad Fair will feature:
* Study abroad and student exchange programs
* Work, internship and volunteer abroad opportunities
* A Special Chinese Education Exhibit with over 100 post-secondary institutions participating
* Scholarship and financial aid information, travel deals, housing and cultural information
* Free copy of "Go Abroad" magazine for all visitors
* Information seminars running concurrent with the fair (schedule will be posted on this page in mid-September)
* Visitor draw prizes including a trip to England, a Eurail pass and cooking lessons in Italy!
* Guest Speaker: Jean-Marc Hachey, author of The BIG Guide to Living and Working Overseas, a Canadian best seller for students planning to go overseas. Click on the book cover below for more information.
