The Doug Fir web site has showtime at 9 PM. I guess Supreme Beings of Leisure will also be there, though it doesn't really say who goes on first (Way Out West is listed first).
Sounds like you should be able to make it.

Supreme Beings of Leisure are far more chill than WOW, and this is part of the ~10-date North American WOW tour, so I would expect WOW to start no earlier than 10pm.
