Too bad the tracks on CD1 are brutally raped to make them fit. I would had bought this but not when they're edited like that.

100% agreed!

As I mentioned in the other thread about those collections, it's hard to get some of those tracks legally nowadays, and if they'd been full-length it could be (more) attractive for dj's wanting to play some truly classics...

i made a thread about this earlier, but whatever!
anyway all i gotta say about this is:
what a pile of crap! the mixed cd looks just plain boring to be a mix cd and the unmixed cd is edited in a cruel way! what a bunch of total idiots they are! only a few tracks i'd really want of ITWT on the first disc though! this cd had potential to be something brilliant, but now it's just crap! a shame so many labels put out these kind of crap compilations! oh well, you won't hear me supporting ITWT too much then!

Btw, anyone heard the extra cd? It has some high quality tunes in it, mixed by john storm (from Norway ^^)

itwt extra is somewhat old already from 2001 i think! it was originally released only in scandinavia or something like that, so it might be hard to get elsewhere. it was widely availabe here though. i've listened through it a couple of times and it was ok, but nothing special if my memory serves me right
