[Industrial Psy/Trancecore] Cybernetica - Project Confusion

Hi again!
Got my second track here online, it is called "Project confusion" and features some dark industrial soundscapes as well as passages reminiscent of psytrance, even a creepy main theme and a mean acid synth. Tried to integrate a lot of elements, it's up to you to decide whether I did that well or not.
The lots of reverb have been my intention, so I hope I don't confuse you too much with it.

ok,ok... I'm gonna give you the link

Cybernetica - Project Confusion (9:25 min, 128 kbps)

Enjoy

let's quote a bit : dark industrial, psytrance, confusion, reverb, creepy ... definitely! I've got one thing to say :

Don't try this at home, kids!

But seriously, for what is the darkest, most confusing song I've heard, it's really bloody good. I think you've done really well with this - amidst the eraserhead soundscape, you've got great moments like the acid bass at 2:09, "a new hope" at 3:58, the reversed synths at 5:07 ...

I really don't know where you're coming from, but I think it worked really well! But now I'm confused ...

I really like this piece, so you have to tell me how you mix. It sounds like you don't compress it that much and don't use a compressor for the final track right?

But this goes against some commericial recording techniques. Man I should just find a mixing post and read some more.

I really like the sounds that are introduced at 1:30 but I think the breakdown at 1:50 is sorta funky. But I like how it drops back at 2:10... that bass line is funky, sorta high pitched and not as low as many. I like that one liquidy sound, nice panning.

At 3:10 I like how it comes in. I might change the percussion right around here possibly after the 3:50 breakdown, but that is just me.

I like how the elements from the start come in at the end.

Pretty long song, I used to write them that long but I normally kill it after 6 minutes now.
