boy i really can't believe no one responded to this
i like this track a lot...haven't heard it in a while, but i remember it being great. its got that great quivver sound all over it. if you don't already have it...i'd check out quivver's mix of BT - Mercury & Solace...that's up the same ally

quivver , real name: john graham
used to be a member of tilt (and this was when tilt was good, so that means before 2000)
also produced under the names of space maneouvers, skanna (and some other ones too)
most famous track i think is space maneouvers - stage one
