Does anyone know where that vocal was sampled from?

Yeah it was taken from a really cheesey 80's track by Steve Winwood called "Valerie". Apparently after Steve heard the Eric Prydz track he liked it so much that he re-recorded the vocal specially for it. Personally I think both tracks are crap.

they couldn't get the licence for the original vocal, so that's why he had to re-sing it. Sounds exactly the same though!

Song = cheesy crap
Video Clip = Awesomeness.
I would describe the video clip as "Groove Armada - I See You Baby meets Benny Bennassi - Satisfaction"
Check it!

It's definitely not an armchair song. But I heard it at this bar/club once (yeah, that's how popular it is, the house DJ, who was playing mainly hip/hop and daft punk put this on) and it sounded really good. I think it would do better on the club scene.

I'm getting pretty bored with this one but I gotta say that the 1st time I heard Sander K drop this some months ago @ the end of his set the whole place (including me) went totally nuts !!!
Back then I had only known the track for some days and had been playing it @ my house alot .... so when he dropped it, it really got me off!!
But yeah now it's all over the music channels and on the 'popular' radio stations and stuff this track gets real annoying

True, it is pretty big in clubs, but i still think it is uber-cheese. This track is almost identical in structure to Together - So Muc Love To Give, which is why the bootleggers originally misnamed it as a Bagalter/Falcon tune.

I'll go out on a limb and say this track kicks as much ass as So Much Love To Give...that's a lot of ass.
EDIT: AJ...so this track was never touched by Bangalter or Falcon?
