i am truly sorry for what happened to all of you guys. i picked up 14 kids including myself..im sorry for everyone i couldnt get. i wish i could have ran back and forth picking up kids..but i couldnt drive anymore. i put 450 miles on my car..picking up kids from the orignal line at the buses and taking them to venue..and dropping them off. all i can say is i tried. and i aplogize for any pain u went through while waiting in the cold.

ya it was really bad what happened....
for those who dont know what's being talked about, in order to go to the venue parking was made in downtown austin and shuttle busses ferried to people to the actual venue, 20 or so minutes aways, although mike would probably know exactly how many minutes away seeing as he helped the busses along. luckly got to the line early and was at the venue by 10 pm. here's a run down of the show itself. DJ MARS from San Fransisco picked nice songs but i didnt think he had great talent when it came to the mixing. George Acosta came on with a lot of energy, starting with trance and then went to hard house like fire wire near the end. a few yards after the main stage was this elevated wooden floor where some people could dance and that where i spent most of my time, cool thing was that before Ferry came on they handed everyone there bright orange glowsticks, we all light it at the exact same time when ferry dropped his first song and then we threw it over the main crowd in front of the stage - amayzing. i'll probably be all over the web in pics from that so i'll post them when i see'em. now ferry's set was good except for the soundsystem - it sucked, quality was horrible. i dont know why but for his set the speakers werent loud at all and even crackled with the bass kicks as if it were blown, thing is they werent blown cause max graham afterwards played on them prefect. i'd like to know what happened. cool thing about ferry is that he actually moves to his music and intereacts with the crowd a lot, between mixes he was signing things left and write, pointing at people and shaking others' hands check excite's tracklisting on another thread for what he played (excite: post it here as well). speaking of i got to meet excite at the line for the bus but the cops wouldnt let him cut in line, i didnt get to see bigkev. After that Max Graham was on and althought i dont like his music preferance (progressive house - no emotion to move me) his mixing talent is by far the best i've seen in my life. Max graham is an odd character, he was very serious while mixing but took really funny posses all the time for camera shots. after him it turned techo so i wasnt paying much attention. well it was a fun night... i'll post pics when i get them

yeah i did..i meet somebody from this board..when i was on stage..i forgot..and when i was in the hotel, i got to talk to ferry corsten. and i told him about trance addict.com cause he had never heard of it before. so hopefully he checks it out..i should have video up but the end of the week..im just lazy

I was the one who talked to you on stage. I had a blast at the party, it was just getting home that was so DAMN crazy. I stayed until they kicked us out, only to find 2000 other people trying to get home with no buses running. I was with my wife and a friend and we had to rush a taxi. The damn troopers tried to stop us but we told them to f@*k off and locked the cab doors. We told the driver we would give him more money if he drove pass the cops. It was so sad because a lot of kids didn't have $25 to take a cab. There was like 2000 people still there when we left. I did get to hang out with Excite much of the night. That fool can ID almost any song. I'll be at Tiesto Wen@Element and Tiesto Fri@RedJacket and PVD@Hyperia. PM me if you want to meet up. At Element I will have a Custom Tiesto shirt I made that says MAGIK 8 LIVE IN AUSTIN, so if you see me HOLLA!!!

MM, be prepared for Tiesto on Wed. if you are going...I saw him this past Saturday in Toronto...he was absolutely mindblowing...off the hook. Words honestly cannot describe the night.

yeah im going...but i dont think i would be able to give u a hard copy of it.but i will have it on the web..late this week. i was suppost to have a3s videos up tomorrow..but im starting a new website so i am pressed for time but i will be sure to let everyone know when it is up
