Does anyone know a good place to buy hardware for your computer that isn't top of the line anymore? I'm hoping there's some website or store in Toronto that sells older motherboards/processors (P4 2 GHz)/RAM(SDRAM)/etc. that would hopefully be priced lower. I just want to give my desktop a small boost.

that stuff is still available at regular computer stores, it may not be top of the line, but its definatly available

i called cty computers and canada computers and they didnt have wat i wanted whcih was a 2.6ghz p4, 400mhz fsb, 512cache, 478pin. and they both said that 400fsb is very old, which it is, and that not a lot of stores will not have this.

the only place that has it is tigerdirect.ca and ebay.ca. these 2 places have older stuff
