Very Very Important Cubase SX Question

I have just been browsing thru fellow tranceaddict DJDIRTY's pics of his studio, and I have noticed something very important about his Cubase SX arrange page.....

! ! ! ! Coloured parts ! ! ! ! !

I have been trying to acomplish this feat for months, how is it possible!?

Please someone let me know! Have I really simply missed that one vital menu?!?! Arg......

select the parts u want to color.. and to the upper right in the arrange window there is a color template.. choose the color an viola..

Hey there!

Yes colour helps a lot. When you get 30 diefferent tracks of midi/audio it can get really confuzing. I also use seperate folder tracks for Drums, Audio, Vocal, and midi, tyying to keep it clean, since it can get really messy, and that's just frustrating cause you're not making the track, but your wasting time to find stuff..
