Do not expect a cheap ass direct drive to be better than a mid-price belt drive. Actually expect it to be worse.

that is so true. Cheap direct TTs are actually worse than high end Belt TTs.


get a Gemini PT2410......its cheaper than the Techs but its still good quality

hey from what I've heard from some people is that its better not to get crappy TT's than anything at all.. and if your real desperate I'd say get real crappy so you dont waste your $$

my advice to you would be to NOT buy cheap crappy ones...
you should save up for the TT of your choice instead of buying a low level TT and regreting it shortly after...

or at least buy a reasnable TT wich will help you save up for what you want...
