ive got this mixer
its very good for the price and one of the best mixers u can get in that price range in my opinion.
ive defenatly been happy with it so far had no problems
I like it and have had no problems with it at all. That being said I'm replacing it with a DN-X1500 and am looking to sell it in the next couple of weeks if you're interested.

I'm loving it.
Most of the elitists here will hate it just because it says Numark on it but I've been 100% happy with it for the 6 months I've had it now. Excellent mixer for that price.

Nice one bruva, I got one myself, word of advise, buy some new pants for when you piss yourself with excitement when using it.

Hey man if it works it works, regardless of the make/model/price, I know Numark had a bad name afew years ago, but something happened at Numark to surely turn that around.

I just got mine yesterday and i like it because of all the effects it has. Also you can put effects on your mic input to change your voice a bit. the crossfader is very loose so its good for scratching in that it moves back and forth so easily. its my first mixer and so far i am very happy. People say this mixer is very good if you are going to mix techno because of all the effects. I do wish though that i bought the Vestax PVC-175 because it is better than the numark in all respects and has 3 channels. I found it at a closeout price of 250 dollars which is the same price i bought my numark. or you can check out the Stanton SMX-301 which is soley good for techno music and is about 20 bucks less than the numark and offers three channels.
EDIT: whatever you decide to go with; the best piece of advice it so research before you buy. Find the lowest price, read reviews, go to a dj shop and play with it the go buy online.

I'm at home waiting for one to be delivered right now
I was gonna get a Numark 5000fx but the bastards at Numark have delayed the release until Jan 2005. Anyway I have chose this until that gets released, I'll let you know what I think of it when I've had a good play with it.
From the sounds of what I've read and what other people have said it looks good. It won the best mixer under 200 quid at the recent Plasa awards so lets see.

think i might have been persuaded then. Wraith, if you didn't live in the US i'd have it, but postage would be ridiculous to the UK
ive never used it but from what i can see its pretty sweet for the price, you got effects and decent sized knobs for the eq (my old numark mixer had small ones)
i'd say go for it. i have a djm300 which is a great 2 channel mixer but it doesnt have any effects on it and costs 225 quid.

yeah i played with the djm 300 ages ago, i couldn't get used to the monitoring, one channel in each ear, maybe it was because i was super shite at the time, had only been doing it for a couple of months then.
