I always thought it was Marcos - Cosmic String, but I just heard that track on ASOT and it sounds very different from this one. If you need a longer sample, just let me know. Any help is very much appreciated!
My guess it's either a remix of Cosmic String(s) or a Signum production/remix.

I just wanted to clear up the Marcos thread posted by CygnusX coz it got confusing but as it's closed I have to do it this way. The sample posted by CygnusX is Marcos - Cosmic String. The sample below is Marcos - But for a Day. Just to keep the record straight
