It is illegal in a few places in Europe and Australia.

dosing:
5x extract 200 mg
10x extract 100 mg
20x extract 50 mg

Hold it in as long as possible -- usually 30 seconds for the best effects. It's not too harsh.

Yeah in Australia its HIGHLY illegal. Same level as cocaine. This stuff really really fucks you up. I have used it before. The city I live in made it illegal after they noticed a local head shop was selling the extract. I wouldn't recommend using this stuff as it messes you up beyond a cool level. Some experienced LSD users claim Salvia fucks you up more than LSD.

use a butane lighter and a bong. a huge bong rip of 5x is the only way to go. hold for 20 sec and you're trippin for 5 minutes. sitting in the dark also helps. the first time I did it I ended up stepping on a phone and crushing it... good times.

I tried it once.... didn't like it!

It was like I teleported around the house. I would black out and be in a completely other planet in my head, but the next second I would "wake up" and realize I was in a totally different room than I was in before I blacked out. Fucked up!
