Review: Peter Bailey @ BOA

all i'm going to say is that peter's production doesn't compare to his set at boa.
and i mean that in terms of production = very very good
boa's set = (i wish there was a smiley yawning.) i was there for 2 hours and left
its like he picked the top 30 from the mixmag and just played that

his mixing skills are very good don't get me wrong..but he bored me..and many people i talked to
i seriously expected much more from him..
but it felt good to be at boa after a few weeks...hehe
anyways..
il be there for morales..and wally lopez
peace

Sorry to hear that you didnt enjoy yourself bro. How was Sean's set?? I never made it last night, due to a incredibly bad migraine.

man i suffer from migranes too..its hereditary..but rarely
anyways
sean's set was better than baileys in my opinion, even though he didnt seem to enjoy it that much..the sound system was much louder than usual..i loved that. also, not the usual boa crowd, and i didnt like that

plus ericka didnt show up until like 4 am..so there was no guestlist..
aaaaaaaaaand...all in all...
u didnt miss anything
all i missed is 4 hours of sleep

i guess after tenaglia everything is gonna seem soft

Strange to hear Peter Bailey bored people, he really rocked last time at boa. I was def pretty pissed I didnt make it for this as I intended, but after friday night and working all day sat there wasnt enough gas in the tank to get up to TO.
And Bailey's productions are top notch, but then again great tracks and great mixing dont make for an automatically great set. Then again I was in Buffalo dancing drunk to top 40....

BTW Sean Miller really did a great job down in buffalo the night before - and im sure he did the same on sat night at BOA as well. Guess we will have to try to make the trip this weekend instead!

I have actually heard quite mixed reviews for this party. Some werent feelin it, others thought it was amazing. The lone review in Tribe actually tells the complete opposite story than the one provided here!
