Do what I do and record the audio whenever you go out.
Only it's illegal if you don't have their permission, so you'll have to hide the mic.
Seriously though, there have been many times when I go "damn I wish I had recorded that" - if you're looking for some profound thoughts, go sit in the local college's philosophy class and record it, if you want crowd sounds go to a crowded place and record it, if you want something like CJ Bolland's The Prophet go to your local crazy church (every town has at least one) and record the craziness.
BUT. be warned they are CHEESY as hell. and more suited to hip hop than anything else. bad hip hop at that. theres a myriad of vocal sample cds out there. zero g have several volumes for sure. usually they are complete rubbish UNLESS you make music that sounds like whigfield. in which case you'd be right at home with the cheesy lyrics and cringe worthy vocal harmonies.
you know its gonna be bad when you hear lines like:
'everybody salsa!'
and 'groove to the rhythym baby'

Acapellas are good for this sort of thing. My good buddy uxud came up with a cool idea of searching for historical speaches, they sound really great, he searched using the keyword 'Great Speeches' I think. With the right FX i'm sure they'll spice up your track. Grab some Martin Luther King, Kenedy, stuff like that.
