really old, but Mandalay, "Beautiful (7" Canny Mix)" is still one of my favs. I'll also recommend Chicane, especially "No Ordinary Morning."

same shit here in Seattle, cold, rainy, horrible weather, been looking for some chillout stuff myself, just wanna change from the hard pounding and progressive tunes a bit...
