Well, from a v700 you can't expect anything else but noise...
Seriously, dj-ing in a club will always involve a lot of noise. There are a lot of people there, which on their own produce an enormous amount of noise, and than there is ofcourse the music.
Train your ears to filter out what sounds you do and what sounds you don't need. It takes some time getting used to, but once you've got that covered things will be a lot easier.
If possible, try playing on a pretty loud volume in your own room, just to get used to the loudness.
I can mix virtually on any setup, just because i've trained my ears to it.
I once played in a club where the main speakers were about 15ft. away from me, and pointed directly towards me. There was no monitor available, and the crowd was just 6 ft. away yelling and screaming.
Practice makes perfect i guess.
