Lately, I've been getting into stuff from the French 3D Vision label = http://3d.vision.free.fr/
Check out their latest compilation called Download. It has some killer tracks on it.

Best Goa/Psy Trance in my opinion, comes from Israel, France (3D Vision & others) and the UK... There are some good German artists too. Some people like the Scandinavian stuff, but it's pretty damn whacky.
