Hey guys .. il be arriving from rochester this friday at penn station and i need to get to JFK so i was wondering if any of you know of any service that operates between the 2 ... thanks.

Take the subway (E train) to the Sutphin Blvd-Archer Ave stop (in Queens), then transfer to the AirTrain, which goes to JFK
You could also take the Long Island Railroad (LIRR) to Jamaica, but that will cost more.

it would be shorter if u take the A train downtown to Howard Beach/JFK Airport stop and transfer to the Airtrain to JFK. Just make sure the A train is going to far rockaway or rockaway park cause sometimes it goes to lefferts blvd.
