DJ Shadow - Blood On The Motorway
I can't stop listening to this track. 9 minutes of pure melodic trip hopiness with some sick synths backing it all up. Its too bad the song is too slow (110 bpm thereabouts) or else I would seriously consider remixing it. I believe its off the Private Press, but I herad it on the "In Tune and On Time" CD. I just ordered the DVD too, I can't wait to roast a few Js and watch it

Is it off the Private Press? I have the CD and the 3x12", but I don't see it anywhere...
Gotta hear this one though...any Shadow productions are guaranteed quality.
With some Js as well

And now... eternity...
Great track, just like everything else DJ Shadow has done. It is on Private Press, number 12. Check out Endtroducing if you haven't already, that's his best album by a ways. Brainfreeze, Diminishing Returns, and Product Placement are cool albums if you want to hear sets by him and Cut Chemist.

The DVD is siiiick! He does a COMPLETE 1 man show & spins, incorporates the original samples, plays tracks directly off samplers & places the effects on the samples in reat-time. Couple that w/ incredible visuals & well..... I'll let u see for yourself..... ENJOY!

The Private Press is quite good. Preemptive Strike is alright, but not up to the standards of the other two. Snag Brainfreeze if you can find it.
