Great way to waste time while standing in line at the movies. Pick any two actors and connect them through common films and actors. Example:

Kevin Costner and Adam Sandler
Kevin Costner was in Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves with Morgan Freeman. Morgan Freeman was in The Sum of All Fears with Ben Afleck. Ben Afleck was in Armageddon with Steve Buscemi, who was in Mr. Deeds with Adam Sandler.

Here's an easy one to start off with, winner picks the next.

Harrison Ford and Tom Hanks.

In case you didnt know, you dont really pick two actors, this is just a variant of the game.

In the actual game, you pick an actor, and have 6 chances to relate him to Kevin Bacon, the actor.

For example, Keeanu Reeves was in Matrix: Revolutions with Jada Pinkett Smith, who was in Scream 2 with Neve Campbell, who was in Wild Things with Kevin Bacon. I have yet to find an actor who can stump the 6 degrees game.

wait why didnt you just start with tom hanks and catch me if you can? or were you going for that 6 connection thing?

It kind of fell that way. I knew that some lesser known actor had to be tied with both Ford and Hanks in some way. So what I did was work backwards from Ford and wound up with Hanks twice.

Besides it was late at night and I had writers block.

Well the intent is on using well known actors tied to other well known actors. If it were to be about listing the grips or best boys, I might have just as well said Skywalker Sound or some other third party movie support company. Even better yet, just a movie company like Dreamworks or Universal.
