I don't really think of that clip as making fun of Jesus or his crucification..
More or less I see it as a reflection on the over commercialization of our religious values.
You see kids playing with the timeless figures as if they were dolls from some cartoon. Look at Christmas, kids dive into presents on christmas day without thinking about the true meaning of the celebration, its become a holiday of shopping.
Easter has become a day for kids to get lots of chocolate and go on easter hunts.

Come on.. The voice over, the collectibles, the kids head exploding after opening the Arc of the Convent. (No, not because the kid is a minority) The guy who made this is good.
