I dont know anything about the plot, the date it was released, or the actors in it. All I have is quotes from the movie. Samples from the movie are used in the song Hellfish & Producer - The Uridium Project. Here are the voice samples I could discern:

"Whats the big idea? Who are you"

"Get out of the car...both of you!" "Now wait a minute..." "Im not in the habit of waiting...Get out! C'mon make it fast."

"All right, Ill help you"

"Its only a sample.." "Cmon Miss Rodling" (pronounced road-ling) "Im Coming!"

"Its the fellow....The one who was on the road!"

"Oh we're seeing things! It cant be!" "You're seeing things??" "Im not quite certain what your game is, but I can imagine it isnt on the level!"

"Jack, give me the gun!"

"Put your hands up, or Ill shoot!" "heh heh...You think that little pearl handled toy frightens me?" "Get your hands up or Ill let you have it!" "Stand back I said!"

"Too bad you couldnt see those bullets bounce off my chest"



I know this couldnt possibly be more vague, but this has reeally been bugging me since BSE sent me a sample of the song. If anyone has any clue what it is, Id be glad to entertain suggestions. If not, Im not suprised. This is a total shot in the dark.
