The master-output of your mixer should go to the line-in of the minisystem. That's all.

thanks man...i knew it was something very straightforward like that...i'm just a bit technology impaired

unless your mini-system doesnt have a line-in. If that is the case, you would need either an FM transmitter or car cassette adapter.
