you make a cut of it... using something like sound forge...and encoding it...to a low bit rate..so, it doesnt exceed the 550K limit to posting on this site, when done doing that, reply to this post..and just above the "submit reply" button simply click browse and select the file.. (.mp3)...and then click submit reply..and your set.. =)
