Reason panning help

anyone has a clue how to make automated effects?
example:

on the main mixer, i want to make panning for a channel, Left to Right & make it record so it will be automated when I play the song later.

I will try the same for the effects, like the filter.

thanks

put out a subtractor that isn't connected audiowise to the mixer. Then you press tab and connect the lfo to the thing you want to automate (f.e. the LR panning on the mixer).

Now all you have to do is adjust the settings of the lfo so it fits your needs

very neat trick to use if you don't want that heavy automation

Create a sequencer track for the mixer. That way you can automate all the knobs on it.

That also works with all the FX units.

once you have a sequencer track, all you have to do is right click on the knob you want automated and "edit automation"

just in case you didn't know. probably took me a year to figure that out

Once the unit has it's sequencer track, you could also do it manually. I personally find this more fun.

As Vizay said. You can use a Subtractor as an panning-device via the LFO.
Or as Mr.Mystery said, you can write automation in the sequencer.

There's one more way to make the panning: Use a matrix and write in some curve in it and then connect the curve cv - output from the matrix into the Pan cv on the mixer.

I was gonna make a new post but I thought my question went well in here.

how the heck do you make that underwater sound? ahahaa.

you know where the sound softens up and it sounds like its underwater and then fads back into what it normally sounds like.

any idea how I would do that?

If you mean that a sound fade's in - Automate the volume or a filter.
