Nowdays it's definately Deco. Rui Costa was good few years ago, but now he's not on the top form, doesn't play very often, even in the national team...

Rui even if hez past his best!!
arrogant Deco never really impressed me...
Rui was magikal with fiorentina...and still does a great job sometimes at milan

last few times i watched Milan matches, the guy never got on the pitch...
i dunno, i never understood y Milan bought Rui....

Hes called Kaka hes the answer to all those questions.
Also Rui at Fiorentina was but still not close to what Deco will become/what he is now.

he gets his chance from time to time....coz mainly kaka is doin a much better job and they both play in the same position...
sometimes they sub for each other and rarely they play together on the pitch which i think is great..
but still not close to what Deco will become/what he is now.
