Virgin Galactic
so i guess the owner of Virgin Atlantic (and many other companies associated w/ "Virgin") swears that in 3-5 years, regular joe schmoes like us will be able to fly to space on spaceships. he's making like 5 of them.
would you go? i'm kind of iffy. i used to be a major risk taker when i was younger (middle & high school) but i've noticed the older i get, i'm kind of a scardy cat. the thought of sky diving really frigtens me, yet when i was 14, i flew up with my dad and his buddies and watched them all jump out and do synchronized sky diving...i was ready to jump out with them!! i guess i've lost it.
anyway, discuss...i'm bored.
*edit* and all for the low cost of $90,000.00 a ticket! sign me up. where's my checkbook?
