Wow, this was sure is a surprise. Not to many people thought this party would do well. I guess Jerry proved the crowd wrong. The party had a slow start up and I do put an emphasis on "slow" but around 12 midnight, the party just picked up. The music, I'd have to say was pretty bumping. No trainwrecks (Or just barely) and the DJ's knew how to work the crowd. Only thing I wasn't really feeling was the outdoor smoking system for demerara. Also, there wasnt too many heads I recognized. Good thing though is that, if you came to this party, you were guaranteed at least a ok-decent time. Well, it's 6:35 in the fucking morning. I don't know why I am typing this in the first place but now I need to shower, sleep, and spend the rest of the day with my family. Happy Turkey Day to you all and hope you enjoyed your holiday.

So I went to turkey f*cker......the deciding factor was NOT nostrum....rather, my boy, MC Overide was at turkey f*cker.....also I wanted to run into Delirium who I've had a shaky past with but (its the holidays) I wanted to see him
I got there around 11.....pretty empty....except the jungle room.....Overide f*cking slays on the mic!!!!!!
I went upstairs to see Jon Bas spin some....he's good. Bumped into Delirium...had a drink....caught up a bit.
the seto of the night belonged to KNOWLEDGE.......holy f*ck......dude played one techno classic after another......I danced his whole hour and got really bad cramps....but I couldnt stop dancing....dude just kept dropping another sick one.
I definately made out.....since I paid 10 to get in and Jerry gave me 2 drink tix......9 bucks a pop
THANKS TO JERRY.....DO ANOTHER
(ps....nice to meet you Finishing Profiles!!!)

I had an awesome time at this event. NYC crowd totally appreciated the funky techno vibe I brought. Everything pitched up and pulling no punches. Sometimes it's just the right place, the right mood, the right night. Last night was one of those. Thanks to Tommy & Jerry (haha Tom & Jerry) for the gig. Great to see Delirium, Rob Devz, Smoke, John Hardkore, and a lot of other old heads. Joe Imperial gets sweatish old skooler award. I'd been really wondering if I still wanted to continue being a part of this scene recently and last week in Philadelphia and last night in NYC made me realize more than ever that I can still enjoy bringing my music to people. Can't say much for the rest of the show since I wasn't there for it (had family ish today) but it looked pretty full when I left. Kudos
