How to make a bass for progressive?

anyone knows how to make a bassline for this ?
I don't have any idea.
I want it mellow as possible.
what vst should i use?

u can use about all VSTi`s for that.. try Albino.. that is my favorite for basslines.. although it need heavy EQ on around 60khz.. and a Volume maximising..

In terms of whatever rhythm... you can interpret that so many ways it's ridiculous, you could do bass pads leading into a 16 note soft bass pattern, you could compose a backsynth and bassline to go with that, you could slow it down some and go with digweed style bass punches. Just keep listening until you hear the bass in your head without even making it. Then, make that.

The Albino? I have the Albino 2 and I havent used it that much. maybe im not trying enough. its seems very limited to me but it might just be me.

like i said.. u have to maximise and EQ-boost the sound.. cause Albino is so damn weak.. it plays the volume at like 50% in the channel... both tracks in my sig.. Synaesthesia and Sublimal both basslines came from the Albino 2..
