That Big Black Wheelchair that Scares Me

So I'm trying to find out where that huge, boxy, black wheelchair that I've seen on South Park and Futurama is from. You know what I'm talking about? It's like a full encasing box that the person sits in and it has a red light on the from.. 1 beep for yes and 2 for no..

In South Park the old lady that got burned had to use it and got stuck in the middle of the street. Then in Futurama it appeared in the Star Trek episode in Season 4.

To top it off, when I search on google images, I get this.
