omg, this guy was seriously on Conan a few months ago.
He said he always dresses like that and even to work (before they gave him his paycheck for working at home lol). But seriously, I'm sure nobody would complain if someone just shot this guy in the middle of the street -- I hope one day it happens, pisses me off.
