We would greatly appreciate it if you could not try and slander our name, as we have done absolutely nothing wrong here. The reason that we can only accept "Quasi-Cash," as a form of payment for PayPal, is due to the fact that we are non-auction sellers. For the record, this is the first and only time that anybody has ever brought this type of circumstance to our attention, which is why we were caught off-gaurd by your initial e-mail where you were describing your predicament. This is because we have NEVER had one complaint about our type af accepted payment method in all of our years of accepting PayPal.
Furthermore, we responded to your last e-mail in December, providing you with all of the details of the transaction, and you never responded to us. At that point, we felt that as sellers, we had gone beyond the call by trying to provide you with the information that you had requested. Now, we receive this?
The fact is that we have absolutely nothing to do with the arrangement that you have with your credit card company, and it is beyond offensive that you would try to drag a third party (us), into it. Can you honestly sit there and hold us responsible for the interest rate that YOUR credit card company charges you? It is rather displeasing to say the least. Hence, we are asking you in an outright manner to please STOP making false allegations towards us, as they are borderline libelous, and they benefit no one. If you cease from this type of activity, it will allow us to do what we do best, which is selling high quality vinyl. We really don't need this type of drama, especially since it's quite unfounded, and hope that we have answered any questions here, even though no explanation is required on our part.

Make sure NOT to pay with Paypal when buying from this seller, as the invoice they send you makes you pay with Quasi-cash and it raises the interest you are charged on your credit card bill 20%. Mine used to be at 5% and now its outrageous because of the transaction. |
