Well as far as I know (don't believe all cuz maybe i'm mistaken) Candy Kids are those ravers who wear this fluffy clothes and are all colorful, always hugging and stuff, but I'm not very sure about it. Anyone here can give better info?

Candy Kids are the stereotypical hard-core ravers. Brightly colored spiky hair, usually baggy pants, bright shirts, very distinct. You also see alot of them with a pacifiers hanging in their necks, the term candy kids is given to them because they always have some type of candy: gum, lollipops, etc... they're usually associated with ecstacy and other club drugs, hence the "hugging" and "loving." Most can dance well, and you usually see lots of them listening to Happy-Hardcore, Drum&Bass, etc...

LOL sounds like I'm describing an animal species... anyways, that's what my IMPRESSION of candy kids are...

oh ok i can picture those now..
Well, except for the drug thing, i find that nice to see people with colored hair (ok i love to dye my hair) and see other kind of clothes. It's cool to see different clothing styles, if everybody was wearing regular black and white suits, that would be hell annoying ! (even depressing)

I dunno, they make me smile personally, don't flame me =)

I'm kinda stuck in the middle about Candy Kids.

I love the belief they have of love and PLUR. I think that they bring a good attitude to events, but..............

I hate the fact that they want to "connect" with their childhood by wearing those stupid bracelets, wear/use pacifiers, and carry candy around. It might be that I grew out of the rave scene but still love the music. I try to give them credit, but just can't stand the absurdity of some one dress like a light show, sucking on a lolipop, wears an "Elomo" backpack, arms covered with bracelets, wears a wig, and stucked to the floor rolloing their faces off.

Well that's my opinio. Don't flame me if you are a Candy Kid, there are a few of you that actually make it fun to be around.

Be Cool! candy kids

I thought this post deserved a great bowl of kool-aid. heh Honestly Candy Kids are too much fun, when your rollin, and when your having the time of your life at a party and you see a Candy Kid, you smile. They are too funny, soo hardcore and they'll do anything for ya.

What bugs me is seeing Candy Kids dress like Candy Kids outside of a party, like at the mall. Get a fucking life. =) Candy Kids around the world unite so that we can gun ya done one at a time. Totally just kidding, plur. hahaha

I think they're really funny! Always bring a smile to my face anyway. Must take a lot of guts to dress like that too. Sure, it's not an uncommon sight once you're in the club. But they've got to get to and from the event, stop to buy cigarettes and get some cash etc. They obviously love what they do, I think it's great. Wish I had the guts to do it.

Makes a change from the Drum and Bass lads, who seem to knock back twice as many pills as the candy kids but look twice as moody
