thats pretty wild, but I've been told if you didnt dream you would go INSANE.. I personally think not sleeping for 20 years would be torture.

Serious man. The brain needs SOME sort of rest otherwise it cannot function. How are his REM sleep patterns affected and so on? I'm thinking as long as it gets a certain kind of rest he is ok. Still though, WTF.
