No I'm not talking about "Wow I'm going to go fill a bath, gently ease myself into the warm water and then throw in the toaster, this mix is so bad." I mean a mix that overwhelms you with saddness. I'm really a happy guy I swear, I just love depressing music.

Anyways, to actually answer your question, I really cant think of a mix, but I know for me it would be industrial, as far as genre goes.

I dont' know if you would associate scary with depressing.

But once in a dark-lit night club, the dj was playing the remix of the soundtrack of the Blair-Witch Project.

Dark stuffs are intersting yet scary (depressing)
