hesitate?

I'm after a song that I swear is called "hesitate" but i'm probably wrong...

Its quite commercial I think, and it has these lyrics (sampled):

At least I hope so anyway...

I think I heard it on Euphoria Tried and Tested by Judge Jules, but I can't seem to locate the track, even though i've been through it 3 times, so i'm SOL, HELP!

Thanks.

Bet it's Commander Tom's 'Attention'!
It's on the 3rd disc of the J.J. album!
